I sent my order back exactly the way they told me to, and I still had to keep chasing them for my refund!! It ended up taking way longer than it should have, and every reply felt like the same copy-paste message. For what these products cost, I really expected better customer service. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from skinbetter.com again.
